These terms apply to your use of Book Now (booknowtoo.com and the Book Now iOS app), run from Dublin, Ireland. By using Book Now you agree to them.
Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time under Me > Settings > Delete account.
Bookings
Book Now helps you find shops, see live wait times and book appointments. Each booking is an agreement between you and the business. Book Now isn't a party to it and doesn't provide the services. Wait times are estimates.
Cancellations and no-shows
Each business sets its own cancellation, lateness and no-show policies, which are shown when you book where available. Please cancel in the app if you can't make it.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Book Now. That includes fake bookings, harassment or abusive messages, spam, impersonation, scraping, interfering with the service, or breaking the law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Businesses
Business listings need our approval before they appear, and we may remove listings that are inaccurate or break these terms. Businesses are responsible for their services, prices, policies and for handling client data in the CRM lawfully.
Liability
Book Now is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for the services businesses provide, for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the app if the changes are significant.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
